Medical | Dental | Vison Reimbursement

​Insurance plans for medical, dental, and vision are offered through Connect For Health Colorado.

  • Employees become eligible for reimbursement after 30 continuous days of employment

  • Hindsight Electric, LLC reimburses employees up to 100% monthly premium for employee coverage

  • Hindsight Electric, LLC reimburses employees up to 50% monthly premium for spouse and dependent coverage

You are responsible for signing up for your health insurance through Connect for Health Colorado. The current open enrollment period is 11/01/2025-01/15/2026, but you must sign up by 12/15/2025 for plans to start 01/01/2026.

  • Medical plans can be selected from Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, Denver Health Medical Plan Inc., United Healthcare, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, and Rocky Mountain Health Plans.

  • Dental plans can be selected from Anthem Dental Coverage, Cigna Dental, and Delta Dental.

  • Vision plans are provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP)

If you are already enrolled in a Health Care Plan through Connect for Health Colorado in 2025, your plan will auto renew on 12/01/2025 if you have not enrolled in a different plan by that date.

**Important info regarding Premium Tax Credits** -

These credits expire 12/31/2025.  Without legislation approving continued Premium Tax Credits, this financial assistance will be taken away 01/01/2026 and you may see an increase in your monthly payment.

Reimbursements

 

When appropriate documentation is submitted to HR, you will receive reimbursement on your paycheck as follows:

  • Up to 100% of employee monthly premiums 

  • Up to 50% of spouse and dependent children's monthly premiums

To determine the amount you will be reimbursed, you must submit documents to HR showing the detailed monthly premium amount for you, your spouse, and each dependent. To continue receiving the reimbursement, you must submit statements from the health insurance provider to HR each month showing the monthly premiums as paid.
